If you own a restaurant and have any doubts about how our system works, please read the following guide.

Every day more often we receive emails and calls from restaurant owners and managers like you inquiring about our service and how to benefit from it. We also receive, every once in a while, concerns about our booking process and business model.

This page is here to answer all your inquiries and help you understand why PrimetimeTables is great for your business.

Here are some of the reasons PTT has been great for restaurateurs' everywhere:

  • - We have a sophisticated clientele that almost exclusively uses PTT for their dining out plans.

  • - Less than 2% of reservations are cancelled in our system; so 'no-shows' are rare.

  • - A recent study with a partner restaurants showed that our customers spend above average on their meals.

  • - Despite the economic downturn we continue booking and securing as much reservations as last year.

Since our service launched two years ago we received all kinds of reactions from the restaurant industry; some misconceptions have sometimes made owners and managers misjudge the quality and benefits of our service.

Here is what we have heard:

PTT will flood my booking system with reservations in order to be able to sell just a few.
FALSE: we never book more than two tables per night per restaurant and we never book more than three days a week.

PTT will make reservations in my restaurant that they won't be able to accommodate, thus generate a lot of no-shows.
FALSE: our automated system cancels reservations in a timely manner if none of our customers take them.

PTT needs to make so many reservations that it makes it very difficult for the average customer to secure one.
FALSE: ours is a highly personalized and highly exclusive service; our business model is not based on quantity. It is based on quality, thus the number of reservations we make and secure is insignificant compared to the global demand.

PTT makes large numbers of reservations that are usually cancelled.
FALSE: our system automatically creates offer (reservations) based on demand. This way we can guaranty that we do not have to cancel reservations more than the average cancellations restaurants get.

PTT model is rejected by most restaurant owners and managers.
FALSE: we have made more than two dozen agreements with restaurants that understand how they benefit from our service. These restaurants automatically generate PTT table reservations.

Fortunately over time we have been able to secure more and more restaurant as partners in this venture. We actively seek to work directly with restaurant's owner and follow their guidelines when it comes to booking, confirming or cancelling.

We encourage restaurants to provide us with pictures or any promotions we can offer to our members.

In the future we look forward to work closely with the top 100 restaurants in New York and other 10 top cities in the US and Europe.
