HOW DOES PRIMETIMETABLES.COM WORKS

How Primetimetable.com works is very simple. Each reservation you see on your screen is a confirmed reservation. Once you click on Book Now the reservation is yours and confirmed.

After booking your reservation through the website and email is sent to your mail box with the details of the reservation you just acquired. Theconfirmation you receive will have a different name than yours, it will have the name the reservation was booked under originally. Upon booking a reservation on some occasions you may be able to edit the party size, only to downsize. Still the confirmation you will receive will show the original number of people the reservation was booked for. Once we have altered the reservation with the restaurant, a second confirmation will be emailed to your mail box with the party size you requested.
Certain restaurants we have on the website will not offer that possibility as they do not accept the change of name or the party size.

About the name change:

Many restaurants do not accept name change. The day of your reservation a reconfirmation email is sent to you. This confirmation will then tell you exactly the details of your reservation. If the name on the reservation or the party size has been changed it will appear so on your re-confirmation.

Cancellation and refund:

We understand that cancellations are sometimes inevitable and we offer through the site our members a cancellation feature. Simply after logged in go to My Reservations (on top of the page) and see all the reservations you have booked in the past and the future. For reservations in the future you will see a cancel button, once you click on it the reservation will simply disappear from your inventory. If you cancel a reservation up to 48 hours prior you are eligible to a $20 refund. The refund will apply towards your next purchase. Should you need to cancel your reservation the same day after 2PM, our members are responsible to call the restaurant, themselves, to cancel it./

No Shows:

No shows is the worst that one can do to a restaurant as it translates into a loss of revenue and chaos. We appreciatethat you are fair to the restaurant and to us and let us know if you can not make it to your reservation. A no show is very detrimental to our business as it affects our relationship with the restaurants and may stop them to give us access to reservations when needed. We really appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
