Are the reservations you show on the website confirmed reservations?

Yes the reservations that are displayed are reservations that have been booked and confirmed by our staff.


What cities/areas do you cover?

Currently we offer reservations in NYC, The HAMPTONS, CHICAGO, LOS ANGELES and can accommodate other cities (national and International) on requests.


Do I need to be a member to purchase a reservation?

It is preferable as the access to our inventory of reservations is offered first to our members, However we do offer the possibility to purchase one reservation at a time at $95 per reservation.


What are the difference of access based on the membership ?

Please refer to Our Plans on the home page. Based on the level of membership you purchase you access to the reservations varies. The highest level of membership gives that member up to 15 days in advance booking, the premium membership 10 days, the standard 10 days and the non member 2 days.


What type of membership do I need to have access to requests?

Only premium and Executive members may submit a request.


Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes at anytime during the year you can upgrade to the next level.


I am a premium member and want to upgrade to Executive how much will I be charged?

You will be charged the Executive Membership price of $1000, and get a refund from your executive membership. The amount of the refund will be based on how many months remain on your existing membership. Your membership renewal will be then 12 months from the date you joined as an executive member.


Do you offer a refund on reservations purchased and then cancelled?

Yes if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to the time of the reservation, a $20 credit is sent to the member`s account.


Do I need to call you or can I cancel directly from the website?

No need to call or email, simply log into your account go to My reservations and simply click on CANCEL next to the reservation you wish to cancel. A confirmation of your cancellation will pop up on the screen for you to confirm , click yes and you are done. The credit will take place automatically.


Does my membership entitle me to any free reservations?

Premium and Executive Members are entitled to FREE reservations the same day. The reservation acquired the same day can not be altered in anyway.


How much do you charge for requests that have been secured?

A fixed $65 dollar price is applied for all "on demand" requested reservations. The fee will only be charged if the reservation has been secured.


What does the lock sign means next to a party size?

The number in the party for that specific restaurant can not be altered.


Under what name will the reservation I purchased be?

Depending on the restaurant, the reservation you are acquiring may be under a different name than yours. If the restaurant allows a name change you will recieve an email notifying this name change.
